SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Our carrier delivery days run from Monday - Saturday

We cannot deliver to PO boxes or British Forces Post Office addresses

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the UK and Germany.

Delivery time varies depending on the type of products purchased, your address and shipping method you choose. During sale and promotional periods delivery might take a little longer than expected.

You will receive notifications of any difficulties encountered with processing your order, or any cancellations within your order as soon as is reasonably possible following identification of any issues.

 

PRE-ORDERS AND BACK-IN-STOCK ITEMS

PLEASE NOTE: For articles that are temporarily out of stock, but could be pre-ordered, different delivery times apply. We will keep you informed of new delivery dates.
